That your email domain matches your website, and one or more documents: business registration, a licence, or ID for the account holder. Using a company email address makes this faster.
You need a verified account first. Billing then shows whether searching, approaching and posting need a plan.
You send one message per person, for one of your listings or an offer you describe. They see your company, the role and your message. If they reply, you see their name and email. If they decline, you cannot approach them again.
Yes, one staff account. Invite them from Team. They sign in with their own email and can post jobs, move applicants and search talent. Billing, the company page and verification stay with the account owner.
No. Plans are bought and managed on the web. The app shows your plan status so you always know where you stand.
